Seen on an environmental website's discussion forum: "We have made a converted effort to use less paper." Maybe they are converting from paper to something else. I guess.

Peter Bell from the Metropolitan Council on MPR on Thursday, May 1, speaking about the route of the Central Corridor light rail, said the U of M wants the route to go along the northern parameter of the campus. The U may want to change the parameters of the light rail discussion, but I'm pretty sure they want to keep the route around their perimeter.

And finally, one that I heard over 20 years ago: "the announcement was little harolded." Poor little Harold, he's always little heralded.
