Another long day in this federal occupation. Today they carried out a high-speed chase (80 mph!) on a narrow street through a busy commercial corridor in Saint Paul, which ended in a multi-car wreck and several injuries.
For a while, people thought the person they had been pursuing was dead because EMS took him to the ambulance completely covered in a sheet, but it turned out either he or ICE wanted him covered to obscure his identity. It seems doubtful whether we'll ever get a true story of how the chase came about in the first place. Such high-speed chases are prohibited by local police department rules.
Things are not better here. Countless people are still too afraid to leave their homes, businesses are closed or empty of customers, and abductions are on-going.
