This is how things are around my house lately. Probably not a surprise to regular readers:

In case you are not here in Minnesota and have been wondering if Homan was telling anything resembling the truth about removing DHS troops from our streets... not so much.
It appears their tactics are shifting to driving in just one or two vehicles instead of caravans — which makes them harder to identify. They've gotten sneakier, using really vile methods, like Ted Bundy-style entrapment of good Samaritans and more child manipulation (gift link).
Meanwhile, they've lost in court in a couple of significant cases, so we'll see if they obey those dictates or not.
We deserve to know how many of these goons remain in Minnesota right now, and how many will still be here in a few days, and a few days after that. Homan's statement that he needs to have some significant number here to provide security is ridiculously circular: if they don't do anything illegal, they won't need protection.
Meanwhile, I can't believe the Go Fund Me for the Mercado Central, the backbone of South Minneapolis/Lake Street's Latino business community (an immigrant-owned co-op!) has not met its goal. This is money that will help pay their mortgage, which they are short on because they've lost so much business due to the utter fuckery of our racist federal government. Our tax dollars paid for this damage. Here's the link.
