A Different Kind of Bike Infrastructure

I've noticed this for a while but until today, I never got a photo of it.

Up in Roseville, along the frontage road on the west side of Snelling Avenue north of Roselawn, is a house with a row of vintage bicycles arrayed to create a front fence:

I wonder if the residents are bike riders, or if they're just into reusing found objects in a practical way?

Their yard is generally not typical of suburbia, with some saintly statuary here and there and large swaths of native plantings. 

They seem like interesting people.
