There I was, innocently sitting on a bench outside a food co-op in Saint Paul, minding my own business, when I looked down and saw it:
A ceramic (porcelain?) bull head, screwed into the side of a wooden planter, flanked by milkweed and creeping bellflower.
What is it for?
The horns seems to be meant for tying up something (a dog's leash, maybe?) but it's so low to the ground, it's a bit hard to believe.
One of life's little mysteries on the edge of a parking lot.
