In contrast with another editorial cartoonist whose work was run in the Star Tribune, Pat Byrnes creates a cartoon you want to look at, even though it uses calls upon the usual metaphor of the elephant and the donkey. 

And in this case he also managed to make a cartoon that criticizes both parties without false equivalence.
