As Trumpazoid keeps coasting to the Republican presidential nomination, despite his announced plans for dictatorship, it's important to point out all the things from his previous time in office that didn't work, which some people appear to have forgotten.
Or sometimes there wasn't data available yet. One example is the massive tax cuts, which Democrats predicted would not result in the "lift all boats" outcome Republicans always pretend is just around the corner.
Well...
The numbers are in now, just a year before those tax cuts are due for an up-or-down vote on renewal.
Researchers from Princeton, Harvard, University of Chicago, and the Treasury Department found that the cuts are adding more than $100 billion per year to the federal deficit, and that the increased wages promised from the cuts were off by an order of an order of magnitude ($750 per worker per year in reality, vs. a promised range of $4,000–$9,000).
