I generally don't watch horror movies, but at some point a number of years ago I watched the trash film Basket Case, which is about a man who was born with a conjoined twin as a second head, and keeps the twin (a head and arm) in a basket.
I can't find an image of this from the film, but I could swear there was a shot in there where the excised "basket case" head was carried on the full-bodied man's shoulder.
On the day after the New Hampshire primary, this image of Tim Scott looking over Donald Trump's shoulder brought it back to me:
This was just before Scott told Trump "I just love you."
