Message on a Train Car

It's very common to see large graffiti on the sides of train cars. It's less common for the words to be intelligible and political.

Recently I saw a train parked on a siding in Saint Paul that met those criteria:

It's interesting to think of this covered hopper car traveling throughout the country with that message on its side. I wonder if I will see more that say this.
