Old Comics, Good Comics

I cleaned my office! And I mean, I really cleaned my office, including the places where I've been sticking things for 10 years or more. I went through a lot of paper I've been "saving" and recycled it, or sorted out other paper and put it away in better places.

As part of the process, I found some yellowed newspaper comics I've saved for years. I don't know if I already posted any of these here, but I took photos of them and I'm going to upload them to get them out of my office.

Here goes. Most of these are from 2007 and 2008. (As always, click to enlarge the images.)

Three "Bizarro" comics by Dan Piraro:

One "Calvin and Hobbes" from 1993 (the month after Daughter Number Three-Point-One was born):

An early "F Minus" by Tony Carrillo:

I think I got ahold of this Lloyd Dangle "Troubletown" comic from the San Francisco Guardian while I was on a trip out there in 2008:

"Retro Geek" was a trial comic in the Star Tribune at some point. It didn't get selected as a permanent part of the page:

I still read Hilary Price's "Rhymes with Orange" to this day:

I'm saving a couple of other ones that are Christmas-themed to share in a few days.

(Yes, they've all been recycled at this point.)
