It comes from this page by Alasdair Rae, which has images for some particular areas around the world showing more detail and a different perspective, and also a link to a much larger view of the whole-world rendering.
My only problem with the whole-world rendering is its bit of perspective from the south end, which I assume means it's foreshortening the more northerly bars. It makes me want to see a version where the map is built in the real world, maybe at a museum, so I can walk around it. Wouldn't that be wonderful?
