Button, Button, Part 2

Hospitals are clearly the place to find badly designed elevator interfaces (see Part 1, here). That one was about the Braille labels confusing the sighted users, but this one is even sillier:


Yes, it's a good thing to stack three things that look like buttons in a column, even if only one is meant for the public. And then come back in later and put a big ol' arrow pointing at the real arrow.

Hope they didn't pay much for this.
