Baby Jesus as Billy Idol

Ask anyone -- I have just about no religious sentimentality left in my body. But the Alessi nativity set I saw at the Walker Art Center today made even me raise an eyebrow:

Would anyone who believes in the Christ story actually buy this to display as part of their faith? Not anyone I know. Who is the market for this set?

I wonder if there are Alessi stations of the cross. I sure hope not.
