For the Want of a Hyphen, the Meaning Was Lost

Here's a great example of a missing hyphen. Wish I'd seen this when I wrote my recent post on hyphens and commas.

Wait a minute, there's a Canadian bill to enable production of life?!

I love Boing Boing guest blogger David Ng, but he really needed to insert a hyphen there.
