You may have heard it's going to be cold here in Minnesota. In honor of our possibly record-setting cold (I'll believe that when it happens), here's a photo I took a few years ago:
In case it's not clear what that is... those are sleeves (which function as hand covers on the handlebars of this winter bike. Great idea, whoever owns this bike!
