Remember CoreCivic, the renamed Corrections Corporation of America (funder of all things Republican and runner of private prisons)?
They and another company called GEO Group are making acres of money off of the border "crisis." WNYC's The Takeaway on Friday dedicated 45 minutes or so to these companies and the portion I heard was compelling enough to make me want to post this, so give it a listen. I will.
