Donald Mulligan

From now on, I'm going to refer to our current president as Donald Mulligan.

This guy is known for cheating at golf through the liberal use of mulligans, and the Christian Right now says he deserves a mulligan for his affair with Stormy Daniels in 2006. As David Cay Johnston shows in his book The Making of Donald Trump, business mulligans were an important part of his "success" for decades.

Clearly, this is a guy who built a career from the kind of slack he never allows anyone else.

Since I can no longer call him Turnip, he'll now be known as Mulligan in the pages of Daughter Number Three.
