I saw this map on Twitter today:
Its reason for being posted ("Still so much work to do when it comes to decarbonizing the US power grid.") is interesting, of course, but I was too distracted by the switching of Minnesota and Michigan.
I think the people who made this grid map — which has other problems, like the location of Kansas between New Mexico and Arkansas, or afterthought-D.C. anchoring Florida — clearly have confused Minnesota and Michigan.
Yes, it's bad enough to have Illinois lined up between Minnesota and Michigan, with Wisconsin above them all, but at least get the two M states in the correct order from east to west. Geez.
