I assume these percentages for industrial, residential, and commercial emissions don't include their share of electric utility generation, since that has its own piece in the pie, but that they do include the amount of natural gas or fuel oil each of those sectors burns for heat, cooking, or other uses.
Transportation comes in strong at number two. I wonder if it's increasing or decreasing?
