Where No Woman Has Gone Before

Saturday's Pioneer Press featured this AP photo on the front page of the business section, accompanying a story about downsizing retirement plans because of the current economic situation.

Patrick Stewart as Enterprise captain Jean Luc Picard in his red and black uniformIf the woman in the photo needs to earn a little extra income during retirement, maybe she could find work on the bridge of a certain starship.
