
It's almost time for May Day, which in the Twin Cities means the annual May Day parade and celebration put on by In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theater. (Actually, it hardly ever falls on May Day proper, since it's traditionally held on the first Sunday in May.)
These are a few pictures from the 2007 parade.

The more big puppets the better, in my book. Last year's parade was one of the more memorable ones in recent years, I thought.

This year's theme is "A New Bridge: Infrastructure for the New Beings," so I have a pretty good guess what that will be about.
