When we had our wild December weather in the middle of last week (57° in the evening with rain, lightning and thunder, plus high winds and tornadoes in southern Minnesota), I knew there were worse things going on south of us. I heard about the dust storm in Kansas and 93 mph winds near Omaha.
But somehow I missed what had been happening in Colorado until I saw this few days later:
All it needed was a mention of flooding. And maybe a rain of toads.
As someone said, it looks like a graphic from the Onion, but it's real.
