A Horse on a Wall Behind a Fence

Last winter/very early spring, I was in Ithaca, New York, briefly and while entering the back door of a bookstore downtown, I saw this mural. It was inside a construction area and behind a covered chain-link fence, so my photo is not great. This site from 2013 has lots of close-ups of the art.

This 2011 article from the local paper gives more information. The artist, Roti, was 23 at the time and was invited by the Public Arts Commission to paint the wall of an ugly parking ramp.

It was a fine example of stumbling upon.
