I'm trying a treatment for chronic insomnia, called cognitive behavioral therapy - insomnia, or CBT-I. You can find out about it by googling that phrase.
But the upshot, in the short term, is that I'm going to feel more tired than I usually do, and may have less energy for writing. So for today... I'm writing about the fact that I feel really tired.
I hope there will not be more of the same in the coming days.
