I'm Not Sure It Balances Out

I saw this in a parking lot the other day:


Just in case that's not clear, it's a yellow Hummer, originally bought in New York (based on the wheel cover), but licensed in Oregon with a special plate that says Share the Road (with bikes).

Well, I'm glad the driver doesn't run bicyclists over, but every other aspect of this vehicle screams cluelessness about the state of our environment.
