Yes, it really does say that white job applicants with a criminal record were more likely to get a call back than black applicants with no criminal record.
The jobs in question were in the private sector.

I believe it. Still forty years of teaching high school students taught me that racism is declining slowly but surely among the younger generations. I hope I'm right for the sake of two of my grandchildren....;)
