Dogs on a Car

Not sure what this bit of front-end labeling is all about. It wasn't a police car. Maybe it's a band's name?

There weren't any dogs in the car.

Seen in the parking lot of Zipp's Liquor Store, Franklin Avenue, Minneapolis. (That may explain it.)
