In Sheboygan, Wisconsin. I wonder what happens at Brat Days? Maybe it's a showcase where parents bring their misbehaving children to compete until one is crowned the Biggest Brat in the World. And then later, the winner is guest of honor at the Brat Fry, which we saw advertised in yet another Wisconsin town. (Only in Wisconsin could someone make a billboard promoting "brats" without a single thought that someone could misread it.)

And I think the contradictory arrow sign add a nice je ne sais quoi to the already confusing message.
