When Is a Sewer Not a Sewer?

When she's a seamstress, of course!

This from today's Star Tribune in the lead of a story called Punk Fulk:

"Laura Fulk just might be the busiest sewer in the Twin Cities."

I wonder how Laura feels about that.

I realize, of course, that the Strib may have been trying to avoid the inherently sexist language of "seamstress."

"A" for effort. Has anyone ever heard of a seamster?
