Suddenly one day recently I realized the jumbled letters are supposed to represent teeth before orthodontia, while the regularly spaced letters portray post-orthodontia spacing.
It's not a bad concept, but I'll bet no one gets it.

I've driven by this sign for years without realizing what the concept of the logo is:

I've seen that sign a hundred times and never noticed that!
